My journey began in the non-profit sector where I spent the first 8 years of engagement and in 2014, I transitioned to the IT world. I excel in project management, product management, and organizational architecture. My approach emphasizes holistic strategies, human-centric thinking, transparency, clarity, visualisation and empathy.

Beyond my professional journey, I initiated a successful pro bono project by establishing the Novi Sad Cycling inititative, significantly increasing cycling rates in my hometown. My educational background includes a degree in German language and literature, complemented by certifications such as Advanced Certified Product Owner, Integrative Constructivist Training, Visual Communication Training (aka bikablo), a Management 3.0 facilitator license and Human-Centered Systems Thinking by IDEOU.

Fluent in Serbian, Hungarian, English, German, and with some basic Spanish, I'm your globally-oriented consultant, with a high sense of responsibility towards the nature of your change. I don't half*ss anything.
